Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days, subject to product availability.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at @gladygalore with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at @gladygalore within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right, at no extra cost to you.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — HandsOn is not responsible for lost returns.
